TSOS Newsletters Submission Guidelines
The Third Dimension Guidelines*
Articles:* Type your info directly into e-mail. Do not send forwarded e-mails. NO attached documents or html text. Make sure your article or announcement is sculpture related. Editor is not responsible for incomplete or inaccurate information, nor for missed deadlines; please make sure your submission is accurate and timely. Deadline: First of every even numbered month.
Images:* E-mail editor first before sending them. Photos need to be at 900 x 1200 pixels to print out cleanly at 3 x 4 in. Max quality JPEG preferred. Include photo caption with title, medium, size, and date of artwork, AND photo credits with all image submissions.
Postal Mail Submissions:*

Submission Guidelines for Current News page on the TSOS website:
Sculptural news items may be submitted by members of Texas Society of Sculptors or by members of other arts organizations, if the news item pertains to sculptural events or activities that would be of interest to TSOS members.
You may submit your news item(s) to newwebmaster@tsos.org . Please put "Item for TSOS News Page" in the subject line, and include your name, email address and news item in text format. You may include up to three images, along with the following (optional) text information for each image:
- Title
- Medium
- Dimensions
- photo taken by (supply name of photographer)
Please try to send your images as JPGs at 72dpi, maximum 300pixels wide x however tall.
Deadline: There is no deadline. Items will be added to the website usually monthly on a month to month basis. The previous month's news will be archived to a page on the website. Should you need to contact the webmaster directly about your news item submission, please email Marilyn Fenn at newwebmaster@tsos.org
Virtual 3-D E-zine Submission Guidelines:
Virtual 3-D is the e-newsletter of TSOS and is usually sent every 2nd and 4th Monday to those members who have e-mail addresses. To submit an item to the Virtual 3-D, please type your information directly into an e-mail or send as text in an email. Please, NO attachments, PDFs or html text. Keep your info brief (25 words or less): who, what, where, date, time and a brief description of event . If it's a call to entry, include deadlines, slide requirements, and any other requirements. The Virtual 3-D editor is not responsible for incomplete or inaccurate information, nor for missed deadlines; please make sure your submission is accurate and timely.
Deadline: 5 p.m. on Sunday. Email your items to: virtual3dezine@tsos.org
First announcement is considered news and is free. The second listing is considered advertising and costs $10 for members, $25 for non-members. Payment should be addressed to TSOS.
