TechShop Austin-Round Rock – A new concept for sharing

A community-based workshop and prototyping studio on a mission to democratize access to the tools of innovation. The location is packed with cutting-edge tools, equipment, and computers loaded with design software featuring the Autodesk Design Suite.  There is Most importantly, we offer space to make and the support and camaraderie of a community of makers.

Located at 120 Sundance Parkway, Suite 350, in the Lowe’s and Sam’s Club shopping center, TechShop Austin-Round Rock is a 17,000-square-foot facility, next to Lowe’s, in the shopping center at I-35 and Toll Rd 45, northwest section.

TechShop is a makerspace in Round Rock that offers members  access to over $1

Million in equipment and design software, that houses industrial equipment including CNC machines such as a Shopbots, water jet, and Tormach. Space included a full woodshop, metal shop with welding, a plastics area, and so much more that would be valuable to sculptors  without access to equipment like this as well as space to work out.
